During the pre-launch phase, our client's main priorities are to develop cohesive launch marketing strategies targeting potential customers. This involves conducting market and industry research, revamping their website to improve UI/UX, creating a comprehensive brand guide, and exploring grant opportunities to cover costs. Additionally, our client seeks advice on distribution strategies, including packaging and reaching potential customers efficiently. By addressing these priorities, our client will be well-prepared to execute a successful launch, establish a strong brand presence, and overcome challenges associated with product development and distribution.
Challenge
Our team was tasked with addressing the challenges faced by our client, a nonprofit organization with limited resources. The primary challenge was to enhance their social media presence in a simple and cost-effective manner. By increasing their social media presence, the client aimed to improve communication with donation recipients and expand their community outreach in the St. Louis area. To achieve this, our team developed strategies that focused on maximizing the impact of their social media efforts while considering their small team and limited budget. This included creating a content calendar, optimizing their social media profiles, and identifying low-cost or free marketing tools and techniques to amplify their reach and engagement.
