Increasing Brand Awareness for a Luxury Accessories Line
The client is an eco-friendly lifestyle accessories brand that introduces an innovative way of living through functional, sophisticated, and environmentally conscious products tailored for women's daily lives. By leveraging its exposure from the Grammys and Oscars and continually optimizing its product offerings and marketing strategy, they aim to solidify their position as a leading provider of high-end shoe bags globally while also exploring opportunities for diversification and strategic partnerships within the luxury lifestyle market.
Situation:
The client is passionate about making themselves a truly global name by increasing their brand reach. Their current clients are typically middle-aged professional women who value eco-friendly, high-end luxury products. While the client holds popularity with this demographic, they also see an opportunity to capture both younger and older female populations. Since they largely run US operations by themself and their assistant, they’ve been highly focused on their online presence, but unfortunately haven't been able to dedicate enough time to capture other clients via brick and mortar.
Challenge:
In recognizing the pivotal role of social media and digital marketing in today's landscape, the client acknowledges the need to bolster Sattache's online presence. Despite a foundation in Shopify and organic sales, they seek to amplify the brand's visibility through targeted advertising and engagement on platforms like Snapchat and Pinterest. They believe that by embracing emerging trends such as TikTok shopping and influencer partnerships, their brand can increase its global awareness and eventually become a go-to destination for stylish and sustainable accessories. In order to increase their online presence, the client has also expressed that they would like help in their company’s overall advertising strategy. In order to accomplish this, we must be keen on understanding what consumers search for when they hear about their company so that we can create a more precise method of advertising to capture potential customers. This involves developing a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy as well as utilizing SWOT analysis to clearly define both their consumer base and brand vision in order to curate the most efficient advertising strategy.
Approach:
Our approach for assisting the client involved curating tailored solutions to address their needs, including optimizing their promotion and marketing strategy, leveraging exposure from events like the Oscars and Grammys, increasing overall advertising efforts, and identifying cost-effective international shipping solutions while reducing domestic shipping costs. In promotion and marketing, we focused on increasing the client’s online client base through enhanced social media presence, influencer partnerships, and content recycling across platforms. We also aimed to expand their online presence and facilitate entry into the corporate gifting space. In advertising, we aimed to improve their strategy through better understanding of the target audience, implementing effective SEO strategies, and exploring new advertising techniques. Our goal was to boost online sales and enhance client outreach, aligning with the client’s vision of establishing themselves as a global brand.
Impact:
The client enjoyed working alongside Rem and Company and valued all of our feedback and advice. They ultimately tweaked some of their marketing approaches such as posting a diversity of social media posts, adding influencer partnerships, and increasing diverse advertising. The company was also provided with a complete, detailed social media framework and some other general tips. Besides the direct impact Rem had on the company, the company valued the different perspectives offered by the team and has hopefully gained a new perspective on how they can run their business.
